Late - Reschedule Fee Policy

We are a busy practice. In order to provide a quality service, if our clients need to cancel or postpone their appointment, we ask that they give at least 48 hours’ notice. If they provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice and we cannot fill the appointment time with another client, the full consultation fee applies.

If our clients do not attend and provide no notice, unless there is a reasonable explanation, 100% of the consultation fee applies. We may provide our clients with reminders and they usually have access to the client portal to check the times and dates of appointments.
